Tip of the Day
If you truly want to improve your fitness, sometimes you need to do things that you don't really like.  Most people do not enjoy running and I'm 100% sure that not 1 person enjoys burpee box jumps.  However, if you want to improve your overall fitness level, skipping things you do not like is not the answer.  Come on in and run and do the dang burpees and be proud of yourself.
