On the :30 - 1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk @60%

Tip of the Day
Today's EMOM is a great chance to work on your barbell speed again.  Work on cycling the jerks quickly today.  It is a light enough percentage that you should be able to go from the clean, straight into the jerk.  If you have practiced it, you could even go straight into the split jerk without having to reset at the bottom.  Start building your confidence with the barbell, focus on speed.
