Tip of the Day
This workout is designed to be hard and fast.  The deadlift is just heavy enough for a set of 10 to make you think you need to break up the reps.  However, if you can do this unbroken, you definitely should.  What's beautiful about this couplet is that the deadlift is going to tax your entire system and then the double unders are going to test your ability to keep it together.  Programming is both a science and an art.
