Today involves a whole lot of pushing and pulling!  Your arms are gonna be fried, right?  Well, if you understand how to use your hips on the wall balls and your kipping, maybe not as badly as you think.  In this workout, your technique on kipping needs to be spot on.  If you start out muscling through the first round, the later rounds could become ugly.  If you are efficient, can you go unbroken?
