Tip of the Day
Each day in the gym is a learning experience.  Weather it's learning something new from your coaches or learning something about yourself, everyday is a chance to learn.  There may be workouts that are harder for your than for others, and that's okay.  The most important part is that you came in, you listened to your coaches, you fixed your errors, and you gave it your all.  If you look at your time spent working out as an opportunity for growth, there are no bad days.
