Tip of the Day
Being able to pull, press, and squat your own body is a tremendous asset to have your in your strength category.  While a lot of people prefer barbells and weights and shrug off gymnastics, it is basic gymnastics skills that help you in survival situations.  Being able to press yourself off the floor, jump to your feet, and/or pull yourself up, and possibly over something, puts you into that "harder to kill" column.  So instead of thinking about how hard gymnastics are, look at it as an opportunity to gain strength in your weakness.
