Minute 1: 5 cal Bike
Minute 2: 100 Yard Sprint
Minute 3: 10 Alt. Pistol Squats
Minute 4: 15 Sit Ups
Minute 5: 10 Push Ups

Tip of the Day
Do you want to see improvements in your breathing during wods?  Train your intensity level and become comfortable with being uncomfortable.  On these EMOM's, go as hard as you can each minute, giving your body more time to recover.  Lactic acid in the presence of oxygen can actually make you go faster.  In other words, the more time you give yourself to recover, the faster you will be the next round.
