-Focus on driving through the heels, not the toes.  You should feel this movement in your hamstrings and glutes, not your calves.

Tip of the Day
In case you haven't noticed, it's getting hot in here!  This brings up our yearly reminder about hydration and being smart if you feel that you are getting over heated.  Please consume water and electrolytes throughout the day.  Hydration is far more than just water.  If you notice that you are hotter than normal or you experience things like not sweating, please stop and tell a coach.
