Tip of the Day
On chippers like this, everyone is usually in a hurry to rush through the first half of the workout.  Then they reach the back side of the upward climb and get crushed.  Today, have the strategy of starting out at a smooth pace, breaking up the movements into manageable sets.  When you hit the back side, try adding in larger sets to finish strong.
