Tip of the Day
Today is NOT the day to go all out on the rower.  Yes, your score is the reps at the end and you would like to get there with a decent amount of time left, however, the rower and burpees will blow up your arms leaving you smoked for the bar work.  Find a solid pace that isn't exhausting and stick with it.  You would like to jump onto the bar and bust out bigger sets rather than doing one at a time because your lats are crushed.
