Tip of the Day
Todays WOD is all about consistency.  The focus of the work to be done will be place on your monostructural movements (bike, row, rope).  In other words, your ability to be consistent on those movements throughout the entire AMRAP will dictate your score for the WOD.  If you push too hard, too quickly, you will not be able to move on the other movement in the couplet.  Work on getting off the bike, rower, or rope, and going straight into your first rep.
