Tip of the Day
Today we are going to test your barbell cycling and recovery ability.  It is a great day to work on your form with the idea being becoming comfortable catching weight in a squat.  As with every workout, have a goal for yourself that is challenging and out of your comfort zone.  Maybe that goal is to do all the cleans unbroken at a weight that is just heavier than you are use to.  Always test yourself and push your limits.
