Tip of the Day
Today is designed to be a sprint.  With that being said, you will need one station as a pacing movement.  By pacing I mean a chance to catch your breath and gather your power for the other movements.  That station, besides the obvious rest, is the rower.  That does not mean to go at a conversational pace.  What I mean is that if you have solid rowing technique, you can generate power with a nice, smooth pace and still get the job done without hammering yourself into the ground.  Work on moving from station to station and getting started right away.
