Tip of the Day
When cycling power snatches, it is easy to get tired and loop your bar out away from your body.  To move more efficiently today, focus on keeping that bar on a straight line on the way up AND the way down.  Finding a focal point straight ahead helps your bar path also, and helps you to lead up with your chest.
