Tip of the Day
You and your partner can keep your intensity up and your power output high if you are smart and break this up into manageable working sets from the beginning.  Do not work yourself until failure on any of the movements and do not try to break it up into sets of 35, even on the rower.  The time spent switching out on the rower will be worth it on the back half of the workout.
