Tip of the Day
If you want your squat snatch to improve, it takes thousands of reps at lighter weights to perfect your timing and speed.  If you are an athlete that believes that it's easier with heavier weight, you are probably muscling through your errors.  Lower the weight and become faster.  Become picky about how the lift is done and disconnect success with finishing the lift.
