Tip of the Day
Gymnastics takes a lot of "being able to move your own body weight" kind of strength.  The best way to improve you gymnastics strength, besides weight lifting, is to practice "holds" and strict movements.  If you want your kipping movements to improve, improve your strict movements.  If you want to see really fast improvements in your gymnastics, improve your core strength and understand the hollow and arch body positions.
