Tip of the Day
The 3 best "core" exercises you can do are L-sits, hollow rocks, and GHD sit ups.  The L-sit is listed first because it can make all other "ab" exercises seem like a walk in the park.  Start with small holds that total up to 3:00 total.  Then go for longer sets.  If you can hold an L-sit for 3:00, you can do anything!
