Tip of the Day
Why is tricep work a part of any lifting program?  Your triceps are in charge of your lockout position.  Weather you are doing bodyweight movements like push ups or handstand push ups, or you are weightlifting with bench press, overhead presses, or jerks, the triceps finish the job.  So if you can get the weight overhead but you struggle with locking it out, work on your tricep weakness.
