10:00 on the clock:
Find your strict press 1 RM

2 Rounds:
1a) 20 banded lat pull downs
1b) 30 band pull aparts

For Time:
1200 m Run
Then 10 Rounds of:
4 strict handstand push ups
6 toes to bar
8 squats

Time Cap: 25 minutes

Tip of the Day
Using bands in your training is not only a great way to build strength, it is also a great way to focus on muscle activation.  A lot of times, people will pick weights that are too heavy and figure out ways to get the work done.  That is really hard to do with bands.  Pick the right bands that give you tension yet allow you to pull or push through the properly activated muscle groups.
