1a) 12 Pendlay Rows
1b) 25 per Side DB Side Bends

12:00 EMOM (4 Rounds)
Minute 1: 30 Double Unders
Minute 2: 7 Power Cleans (115/75)
Minute 3: 10 Lateral Burpees

Tip of the Day
Everyday, when you look at the workout, you should have a personal goal for yourself for the day.  Make it something realistic and attainable.  For today, for example, a good mental thought would be to do the cleans unbroken with solid technique.  Another one might be to have the lateral burpees done in under :30 every round if burpees are a struggle for you.  Always have a positive thought coming into the workout and your days will be more successful.
