For Time:
50 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Jumping Pull Ups
50 KB Swings (1.5/1)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees To Elbow
50 Push Press (45/35)
50 Back Extensions or Supermans
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

*Today is in honor and memory of the 49 lives lost on 6-12-16 at the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, FL.  The extra rep represents those that were injured and those that survived.  On this day, we remember.

Tip of the Day
With all the movements involved today, it would be a good idea to have a few game plans.  First, decide how you are going to attack each station, 10 reps and rest, 25 reps and rest, etc.  Second, know which movements you can push harder on and which ones you are going to have to rest more on.  Your overall plan should be to just keep moving.
