Tip of the Day
The overhead squat is the king of all squats!  It not only speaks volumes about your mobility, but it also can be a true sign of your overall strength as an athlete.  The reason we say this is because it tests your legs, shoulders, and midline equally.  If you have a glitch anywhere in your system, the overhead squat will sniff it out.  When you master the overhead squat, suddenly, everything will seem easier.

Effective immediately, we will no longer have a 7 p.m. class on Friday nights.  If the demand arises, we will bring it back.
