For Time:
1 Mile Bike
100 Double Unders
1600 m Row

Tip of the Day
Just breathe.  The bike is setting you up to be completely gassed, if you let it.  However, like the rower, you can find a good working pace that isn't going to smoke you for the next movement.  Find an RPM that you can hold consistently for the full mile and you will be able to push harder on the rower to finish up.
