Tip of the Day
How do you increase your work capacity?  How do you develop a better "engine"?  The first place you start is your mechanics.  Can you move yourself properly?  How about a PVC pipe? How about a bare bar bell?  When you mechanics become solid, can you repeat them consistently for hundreds of reps?  Then, and only then, can you increase your intensity at heavier weights.  In other words, if you would like to move faster, pick a lighter weight that allows for fewer errors in your movement.
