Tip of the Day
Just like Grace, or any of the other "girls", this is designed to be done quickly.  If your 1 RM snatch is 100#, fighting through this Rx will not get you the true stimulus.  Please scale appropriately.  You may do this WOD as singles but only if you can regrip and get your next rep in quickly.
