Tip of the Day
Today's WOD is going to emphasize your running form.  Any leaks in your efficiency will wear you down quickly.  Find a steady pace out of the gate for the running.  You want the run to be a recovery for the inside work.  Focus on your pose position and pulling from your hamstrings and you will find that your stride feels easier.
