Minute 1: 5 Toes to Bar
Minute 2: 6 Unbroken Sumo Deadlift (275/185)
Minute 3: 7 Lateral Burpees
Minute 4: 8 Box Jumps (24/20)

Tip of the Day
EMOM's are great because they serve multiple purposes for us as athletes.  First, they are good for interval training, meaning, fast sprints followed by rest.  Next, they are a great way to practice movements without worrying about winning or keeping score.  So today, pick something about each movement that want to work on and make it your goal to get better.
