Tip of the Day
Being able to cycle the barbell from the clean, straight into the jerk on every rep today is a must.  Whatever weight you would use for Grace, is the weight we recommend for today.  The rounds of Cindy are going to add up on your arms and legs, causing your technique of the clean and jerks to be even that much more on point.
