Tip of the Day
This week is Games week! This starts our biggest week of the year!  We will be having a member appreciation party this coming Saturday.  Details for the event are on the board in the gym.
For the workout today, work on your pacing.  You need to be able to start a workout at a slower pace and speed up as you go.  If you know that starting at a sprinters pace will drop your intensity by the start of round 3, try going the other way.  Start slower and start picking up the pace each round after round 3.
