Tip of the Day
We are using today as a recovery from the intensity of not only the weekend of competing but also from the hero WOD yesterday.  When your central nervous system gets a bit smashed, the bar feels heavier, your body feels slower, and you feel like you have no energy or fuel.  Sometimes a break from intensity is exactly what your body needs to recharge.
