Tip of the Day
Today we are building that engine.  We are looking to push as hard as possible.  Today is a great day to see that new rowing technique increase your power output.  Your legs are going to be a bit fatigued by the time you reach the rower.  The more you can push through your heels, the better you are going to feel coming back to the jump rope.
