Tip of the Day
Days like today are perfect for being able to focus on proper muscle activation and quality movement.  Often, we are trying to move fast and beat our friends on workouts, or we are moving fast to put an end to the misery.  However, when moving quickly, we are not thinking about which part of our back is going the pulling or pushing.  Listen to your coaches description of the movement and which muscle to activate.  Then, when it comes time to move quickly again, those muscle will automatically do their job.
