Tip of the Day
One of the most functional movements in life is the carry.  Think of how often during the day you pick something up and carry it, a bag, a child, groceries, etc.  In the gym, we often pick up barbells and dumbbells, however, not everything in our daily life can be so perfectly shaped as our bars.  By carrying an oddly shaped object for distance, we can strengthen our core, upper back, and shoulders.
