Tip of the Day
Setting a PR on this workout is all about managing your weakness early.  If you struggle on the pistols and you know that at some point you are going to have to rest a lot, pace them a little slower from the start so that you do not have to stand around and rest so long.  If it's the pull ups, break them into smaller sets early on in the workout.  By breaking up the reps sooner, you are delaying the fatigue factor until later in the WOD.
