Tip of the Day
Start out today with a steady pace on the rower, not a sprint.  You want to be able to get off the rower and go straight into a strong running pace.  You can start to pick up the pace on the squats.  Break up the toes to bar as needed, knowing that your grip will be important on the KB's.  Once you get to the double unders, it's game on!
