Tip of the Day
Today is going to be a strong test of your will to want to be consistent and/or go faster.  The weight on the overhead squat is a challenge for some for ten reps.  It is doable but under fatigue, can it hold?  Today, you need to focus on something and not take your eyes off of it until all 10 reps are done each round.  No, you do not want to have to pick it back up.  Do them unbroken and fight for consistent times throughout.
