Here is a way to set your goal for today.  Riddle me this, think about your Grace time and what weight you use.  Now, make it a bit heavier, add a squat, and cap it at 5:00.  Can you still do 30 reps?  If you would like a good goal for today, heavy, squat clean Grace would be it.
