Welcome to our signature benchmark.  Created by Ferrum, for Ferrum.  This workout is designed to be an unbroken sprint.  We want the handstand push ups to be as unbroken as possible but still challenging.  If you have to scale them, try a scale that is more challenging than you usually do.  We are still looking for the full range of motion from the shoulder joint.
