Tip of the Day
Today is a good day to work on light barbell cycling.  The most important part of cycling is your bar path.  If you look the bar, it will throw you into bad angles and body positions.  Usually this will cause you to have to stop and regroup, or you leak fuel and put unnecessary strain on the wrong body parts (usually backs and shoulders).  Today, focus on something straight ahead and work on keeping the bar as close to your body as you can on the way up and the way down!
