Tip of the Day
Barbell cycling can be just as mental as it is physical.  When everything starts to hurt, do you have the ability to zone out, focus on your breathing, and do the work?  Practicing your mental training can actually help you improve quickly.  By not over thinking the movements, you will move better and faster.   Today focus on your breathing and do your best to shut your brain off.
