Tip of the Day
This is a great example of a workout that you do not want to start out in a dead sprint.  You want to have gas in your tank to push hard on the rower.  Start out strong on the bike but be able to go straight into your burpees.  The rower is where you want to pass people.  Know your pacing and be able to step it up.
