Tip of the Day
The purpose of the deadlift off of blocks is to help tackle weaknesses in different spots of the lift.  For those of you that can get the bar off the floor but get stuck mid shin, this will help strengthen that weakness in your lift.  Pay attention to your weak spots in all of your movements, then hit those weaknesses hard with accessory lifts.
