Tip of the Day
Just the name "Fran" raises your blood pressure and gets your adrenaline pumping.  Why does she have this power?  Because everyone wants to PR Fran every time she comes around.  Here are a few tips to setting a new PR: Do larger chunks of your thrusters unbroken, keep your breathing and heart rate more under control, work hard on your pull ups to be able to do them faster and break less.
