Tip of the Day
When your bench press starts to feel like a struggle, remember that resetting your shoulders can create more power.  Sometimes, when benching, your shoulders can slide out of a tight, active position.  When this happens, take a second to retuck your shoulder blades, and drive them into the bench.  You should feel like you squeeze your shoulder blades together and pull them down.  Once in this position, your bar path will straighten up and you will be driving through your pecs and lats and NOT your rotator cuffs.
