Tip of the Day
You can set a PR on this workout by eliminating extra steps.  Doing the cleans unbroken or as fast singles then dropping straight into push ups and stepping up straight into the squats eliminates unwanted extra steps.  Use the next movement as a chance to catch your breath.  During the rest, focus on lowering your heart rate and controlling your breathing.
