10:00 to find a 1 RM Back Squat

For Time:
26 Deadlifts (Bodyweight)
Then 10 Rounds:
5 Handstand Push Ups
15 Double Unders
13 Squat Cleans (Bodyweight)

Time Cap: 20:00

Tip of the Day
Being able to lift your bodyweight is a goal that a lot of lifters have.  They base their strength off of bodyweight, twice, and three times their own weight.  Being able to do it once is good, being able to do it for reps says a lot about someones strength.  When you get to the end of this workout, trust your coaching, trust yourself.  Just pick the bar up and do what you do.
