Tip of the Day
A properly thought out workout is designed so that each movement hits on the next, testing you physically and mentally.  You can look at the first half of this workout as a warm up for the bottom half.  Each movement will make the next one that much more taxing.  Remember, your body will do whatever your mind believes it should.  Be in the present and focus only on your breathing.  Chip away!
