Tip of the Day
Mental training can be just as important and effective as physical training.  So often, we watch athletes fall behind, or miss a lift, or start to struggle and you can immediately see their negative thoughts written all over their facial expression and body language.  Know that you are going to have weaknesses and figure out how to get through them.  By setting yourself up mentally before you workout, you can overcome that feeling of defeat when something doesn't go your way.  Always be prepared for everything to go right AND wrong.  Great athletes know how to adapt and overcome.
