WOD

For Time:
With a Partner, Complete:
100 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
*Every 2:00, stop and both athletes complete 30 double unders or 60 singles
*WOD starts with burpee box jumps
*One person works at a time on the burpee box jumps

Post WOD Endurance:
4 x 100 m sprints
Rest 3:1 Between
Record all 4 times

Tip of the Day
It would be a good idea for you and your partner to break up your sets into small rep schemes.  You should do no more than sets of 5 each, with the possibility of going down to sets of 3 and possibly singles.
